Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across Portland and surrounding areas. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

You bring at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization; we provide clients and support, with opportunities for higher earnings based on location and client matches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations and ensure safety at all times.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
