Job summary

InstaSwim is actively seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the area. We supply the clients and you set the schedule, with the ability to select which clients to work with and payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include minimum 2 years of instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
