Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your location. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. You choose which clients to work with and travel locally.

We supply clients; you bring your expertise. Must have 2+ years of experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid certifications or be willing to obtain them, and have US work authorization. Competitive pay and quick payments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
