Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and choose clients, earning $40–$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support your flexible, mobile role; CPR/First Aid certification, background check, and reliable transportation are required, along with at least 2 years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, fully tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
