Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule and earn $40–$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel locally and join a growing network of instructors with access to support and insurance coverage. Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), reliable transportation, and the ability to work in the US with proper authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
