Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning $40–$70 per hour with payments processed quickly after each lesson.

We cover liability insurance for you and provide client matches based on your area and availability. Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid certifications or be willing to obtain

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and access to US-based work authorization.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans for different ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's abilities.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet client needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
