Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour, with fast payment and liability coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
