Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, and you’ll be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per hour. Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
