Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and work with selected clients, earning $40–$70 per hour and getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients, you bring your expertise; travel is to local pools and private residences, with possible onboarding within 24–48 hours after interview. CPR/First Aid are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
