Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning $40-$70 per hour.

We supply the clients, cover insurance, and pay within 24 hours after each lesson. Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
