Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the U.S. You choose which clients to work with, set your own schedule, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certs, have reliable transportation, and be based in the US with work authorization. You’ll travel to local pools and earn $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times and travel to clients' pool locations.
