Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients and insurance coverage, and you bring expertise and reliability.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, are 18+, hold CPR and First Aid, and can travel locally to client locations. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour, with quick payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
