Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients; you bring instruction, safety, and enthusiasm. Requirements include 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally. Compensation ranges from $40–$70 per hour.”

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Swim instruction equipment if needed
• US-based with US work authorization
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans
• Clear a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
