Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to pass a background check. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
