InstaSwim is hiring professional swim instructors to conduct private and small group lessons at clients' homes or community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and get paid quickly after each lesson. Must have CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain) and be US-based with work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
