Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Based in the US, you will travel locally, receive fast payments via PayPal or other methods, and be covered by InstaSwim's liability policy. A background check is funded by InstaSwim, and onboarding can begin within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
