Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will travel to local pools, deliver personalized lesson plans, and ensure student safety at all times. InstaSwim provides clients and insurance coverage, with fast onboarding and the ability to begin teaching within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
