InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid quickly after each lesson, with PayPal and other methods available.

InstaSwim is a national mobile swim lesson company offering flexible local work with ongoing client matches. You’ll travel locally, maintain safety, and earn competitive pay while helping students of all ages improve their skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
