InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools throughout the US. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the company handling client matching and onboarding.

InstaSwim offers flexible travel within your area, insurance coverage, and quick start within 24–48 hours after interview. Build your own schedule while earning $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US work authorized.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
