Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and can choose which clients to work with.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours. InstaSwim provides liability coverage and supports quick onboarding to start teaching within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
