Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, enjoying the flexibility to choose which clients to work with.

Earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. InstaSwim provides clients and adds you to the liability policy, making it easy to start quickly—often within 24-48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
