Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company serving clients in all major US cities. You’ll teach private and small group lessons in clients' homes or community pools, with the freedom to choose your schedule and travel radius.

Earn $40-$70 per hour and get paid quickly after each lesson. InstaSwim provides general liability coverage and covers the background check cost. Begin teaching within 24–48 hours after onboarding, subject to interview completion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
