Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with travel to local locations and coverage under our liability policy.

Must be 18 years or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
