InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, making this a flexible, high-earning opportunity for qualified swimmers.

Requirements include at least two years of swim instruction, being 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
