InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set the schedule and get paid quickly within 24 hours after each lesson, with travel to local client locations and insurance coverage included.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and pass a background check. US work authorization and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
