Brown and Caldwell seeks a Private Sector Growth Leader to shape the strategy and growth of our private sector environmental and water engineering services from our Walnut Creek, CA office. You will build client relationships, drive sustainable revenue growth, and align market strategies with corporate objectives.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute the Strategic Growth Plan, foster collaboration with BU leaders, and mentor client service teams while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of sales leadership or related experience.
• Experience developing sales strategies and pursuit plans.
• Proven ability to lead large sales growth teams and client relationships.
• Track record of achieving business objectives and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth planning across the Business Unit and align with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement business and sales plans to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Lead and drive the Business Unit Growth teams to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set BU sales goals and budgets.
• Oversee market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide oversight to client service managers and ensure accountability.
