Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, sales, or equivalent experience.
• Masters or PhD in water, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in environmental engineering and consulting with leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-level growth strategies for Type I clients.
• Shape client business case across service lines and geographies.
• Drive expansion into advisory services and new markets.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to support client mission.
