• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and strategy with increasing responsibility.
• Experience developing growth strategies, account portfolios, and executive engagement programs.
• Ability to use data, market intelligence, and client insights to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for program management across priority markets and pursuits, focusing on water and wastewater programs.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities with market intelligence, growth strategies, and solution development.
• Build and manage the pursuit pipeline across program management, PMO, and capital planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with client service managers, marketing, and technical leaders to develop winning proposals and strategies.
