- Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.
- 3+ years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data.
- Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
- Develop client presentations and support senior team in execution and documentation.
- Provide structure, transactional and marketing support for equity deals.
