• Conduct outbound collection calls and respond to inquiries on balances and payment options.
• Establish and monitor payment arrangements to support resolution.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and account concerns.
• Identify responsible parties and update account information as needed.
• Review aged receivables to improve collection performance.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities and status.
• Meet productivity and collection goals.
• Collaborate with billing, customer service, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Utilize AR software to manage workload.
