Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Lab Engineer to join our engineering team and support Private LTE and 5G laboratory environments used for demonstrations, testing, validation, and network integration activities.

You will configure and maintain lab testbeds, run end-to-end tests, and assist with lab operations, including system builds and equipment maintenance. Travel to customer sites may occur ~20% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in telecommunications, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Private LTE/5G networks.
• Experience with EPC/5G Core deployment, integration, and support.
• Knowledge of RF systems, fiber optics, networking, DC power, grounding, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise server platforms, including Dell and HPE systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment, operation, and execution of in-house lab experiments related to Private LTE, 5G, and broadband use-case testing.
• Maintain and optimize test environments within the lab to ensure readiness for experimentation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and testing teams to develop repeatable testing methodologies and validation procedures.
• Monitor laboratory infrastructure and systems to ensure continuous operational readiness.
