Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a senior RAN Engineer IV in Plano, TX, to lead design, implementation, and optimization of LTE/5G networks. You will mentor junior engineers, drive complex projects, and ensure peak performance and reliability across RAN elements.

The role requires advanced wireless technical expertise, experience with protocol analysis tools, and collaboration with vendor labs and field teams to validate, troubleshoot, and deploy new technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of wireless systems with emphasis on PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC/PDCP layers.
• Degree in engineering required; advanced degree preferred for senior level.
• Experience with 3GPP Rel activities and lab testing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of RAN systems.
• Perform detailed analysis of wireless protocol logs (4G/5G).
• Mentor and lead junior engineers on complex projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product roll-outs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance and reliability.
• Support IoT lab validation and chipset feature testing.
