You will review subscription packages, ensure compliance, and work with custodians and sponsors to complete subscriptions and funding activities. A strong eye for detail and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience in financial services or admin support.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication and follow-up.
• Confidentiality and good judgment.
• Experience with private investments or custodial portals preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subscription paperwork and track deadlines.
• Review subscription packages for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with custodians and sponsors to submit subscriptions.
• Track deadlines and follow up with internal teams.
• Maintain organized subscription records.
• Update or retitle private investment assets per procedures.
• Provide timely status updates to advisors.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
