You will support private investing deal execution, cash management, and reporting across multiple funds and accounts, collaborating with investing teams, counsel, tax, and compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and strong Excel and communication skills in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years in middle/back-office operations at buy-side firms or investment banks.
• Experience with private equity/private credit deal processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with ISDA terms and financial instruments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support deal execution for U.S. private investing activities.
• Manage pipeline, settlement, and booking of transactions.
• Monitor positions, exits, and restructurings with risk reporting.
• Oversee hedging activities and bank account management.
• Coordinate with counterparties, counsel, tax, and compliance.
• Ensure cash/credit readiness for new investments and maintain controls.
