Job summary

Confidential Trust Company seeks an Investment Analyst to provide operational and administrative support for private assets held in client accounts. You will work closely with the Private Assets Specialist to ensure records are accurate, audit-ready, and compliant, handling routine back-office tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• BBA and/or MBA in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
• Proficient with GWES trust accounting system and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to private equity, real estate or similar non-marketable investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for private assets and investments.
• Maintain private asset records including cost basis, market values and ownership data.
• Prepare investment documentation, tax forms and subscription materials for review.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and valuation support.
• Support regulatory and compliance activities, including due diligence files and documentation.
