• Monitor Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validate requests, and coordinate responses.
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries with internal teams.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure investor-facing documents are accurate and timely.
• Assist with posting LP communications to the investor portal.
• Collect, monitor, and maintain LP transfer requests.
• Establish fundraising data room and maintain access and permissions.
• Determine LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles.
• Work across business units to ensure consistent practices in Investor Services.
