Job summary

Welltower Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day operations of our private fund platform, focusing on valuation, loan administration, fund reporting, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have interest in commercial real estate and investment management, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with Investments, Asset Management, Accounting, Treasury, and Legal to improve processes and reporting quality. Travel minimal.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in real estate private equity, fund accounting, real estate investment management, valuation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or similar business/analytical field required; Master’s/CPA a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi, OneStream, or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio valuation data collection, validation, reconciliation, and portfolio analysis.
• Assist with loan administration activities including debt trackers, escrow balances, and lender reporting packages.
• Maintain integrity of investment, portfolio, and fund data for reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate review and processing of invoices and fund-related expenses.
• Support fund operations with recurring reporting and investor deliverables.
• Collaborate with Investments, Asset Management, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and other teams to support fund initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve processes; perform ad hoc analyses and projects.
