HighTower Advisors, LLC is seeking a Business and Data Operations Associate to support the daily activities of the Business and Data Operations team within Hightower's Service and Integrations organization. You will help maintain client, account, and transaction data accuracy across Hightower’s technology systems, investigate discrepancies, and provide timely follow-up to advisors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in Operations or similar role in the Financial Services field.
• Experience with multiple technology platforms and systems, preferably Custodians and/or Financial Performance Reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain data remediation needs across systems and track progress.
• Identify trends to standardize data governance rules and automate remediation.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and assess downstream impacts across systems.
• Coordinate with advisor teams to resolve data issues and gather missing information.
• Manage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience.
• Perform data entry, updates, and corrections across multiple systems.
• Create reports to monitor data quality improvements and align with SLAs.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
