A discreet, proactive leader who can manage a diverse team is essential. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in private households, experience with aviation/hospitality, and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recent employment as a full-time house manager in the primary residence.
• Experience with aviation hospitality, yachting, and 5-star service environments is highly regarded.
• Warm, hospitality-centric ethos with discretion and impeccable etiquette.
• Must have own transportation, a clean driving license, and strong situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections to anticipate needs and flag repairs.
• Coordinate with executive assistant and driver for activities and travel.
• Maintain pristine organization of the household and stock of supplies.
• Care for indoor plants, floral arrangements, and decor.
• Oversee housekeeping team and schedules; publish shifts as needed.
• Provide light cooking and chef support when required.
• Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution.
• Support travel, including private aircraft, packing and execution.
• Step in for colleagues in the absence of others on property.
