Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of proven experience in a large primary residence or luxury hospitality.
• Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of service.
• Highly professional, discreet, and polished with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in homes with children and animals.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid passport; ability to travel on short notice; domestic and international travel may be required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeepers across multiple properties.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
• Lead by example with a calm, discreet and professional demeanor.
• Coordinate travel preparation and day-to-day organization with principals.
• Oversee housekeeping operations and schedules across all residences.
• Perform daily inspections and ensure adherence to household protocols.
• Develop seasonal deep-cleans and inventory with Estate Manager and team.
