Responsibilities

Planning outbound, vendor backhaul, and OVD loads; assign rolltainer sweeps and dunnage consolidations.
Report on-time load pickup and store delivery; report BOL pickup; monitor tractor utilization; vendor backhaul activity.
Answer and process driver load messages via satellite; plan swaps and resolve issues like bust outs, overweight shipments, paperwork.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure proper delivery documentation and calls when delays occur; review load dispatch assignments and optimization.
