Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Logistics preferred or 1–2 years in transportation ops.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Onsite driver dispatch experience and satellite dispatch system exposure desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign outbound, vendor backhaul, and OVD loads.
• Plan rolltainer sweeps and dunnage consolidations.
• Report on time load pickup and store delivery.
• Monitor tractor utilization and driver documentation.
• Resolve load issues and communicate with drivers and external stakeholders.
