The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud is seeking a Private Events Manager to assist the Events Director with excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on promoting and selling events and maximizing revenue.

You will coordinate inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, manage menus and floor plans, and oversee on-site events with a client-first approach.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet and greet and coordinate with prospective and current clients.
• Strong telephone etiquette and data capture from all forms of correspondence.
• Knowledge of booking policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Tripleseat, Resy, Allseated, UpServe and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell multiple event spaces and oversee booked events with operations.
• Maximize event revenue when determining menus, offering menu upgrades.
• Support events department in managing all incoming event inquiries.
• Correspond and maintain leads/inquiries from Tripleseat, Outlook, and other platforms and ensure follow up on the same business day.
• Prepare, communicate & post weekly BEOs relating to the event to ensure a smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate all administrative event details with client from inquiry to close including contracts, deposits and payments.
• Coordinate all logistical event details from planning to execution, including site inspections and vendor meetings.
• Conduct on-site visits with clients to ensure total client satisfaction.
