Job summary

Wexford Hilton Head seeks an organized, service‑oriented Food & Beverage Events Manager to oversee private events, catering, and event sales. The role drives revenue growth, expands facility utilization, and maintains Wexford's hospitality standards for weddings, member events, golf outings, corporate meetings, and other Club functions.

The candidate will manage the full event lifecycle from inquiry to execution, collaborating with the Club Manager, Executive Chef, and F&B leadership to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive catering sales, private event, or hospitality management experience within a high-volume club or similar venue.
• Demonstrated success selling and executing weddings, large private events, corporate functions, and multi-space events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle for private events, weddings, member functions, and corporate events from inquiry to contract.
• Coordinate planning, BEOs, floor plans, timelines, menus, and run-of-show documents for events.
• Lead internal meetings and ensure staffing, equipment, and vendor arrangements meet standards and budgets.
• Maintain sales pipeline with inquiries, site tours, proposals, bookings, and revenue projections.
