Job summary

Wexford Hilton Head seeks an organized, service-oriented Food & Beverage Events Manager to oversee private events, catering, and event sales. This role coordinates planning and execution to deliver personalized hospitality for members and guests.

The candidate will grow event revenue, increase facility utilization, and collaborate with Executive Chef and Club leadership to meet revenue and service goals while maintaining Wexford's standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years catering sales or hospitality management experience.
• Experience selling weddings and large private events.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and F&B service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for private events, weddings and corporate functions.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site tours and develop customized experiences.
• Oversee event planning, BEOs, floor plans and run-of-show documentation.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and Club Manager on staffing and logistics.
• Ensure post-event reviews and continuous improvement.
