Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Proven experience as Catering Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of event planning and execution, including menu planning and decor.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize catering events from start to finish, including menu planning, budgeting, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure needs are met.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage catering staff for smooth event execution.
• Coordinate with vendors (florists, rental companies, musicians) for a comprehensive experience.
• Maintain inventory of food, beverages and supplies and manage records.
