Job summary

You will engage in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across private equity asset classes, with exposure to secondary LP transactions, GP-led continuation funds, and co-investments. This on-site role requires 1–3 years in investment banking or private equity, a BA/BS, and a resume that includes GPA.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 1–3 years in investment banking, private capital advisory, private equity secondaries, or direct private equity.
• Resume must include GPA and be PDF format.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling on portfolio companies and funds across private equity asset classes.
• Prepare Investment Committee memos and assist in structuring investments.
• Conduct research projects related to deals (secondaries, GP-led funds, co-investments).
