Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or secondaries firm.
• Degree in economics, finance or mathematics is preferred.
• Top-tier undergraduate school with strong academic performance.
• Expert modelling skills for sophisticated financial investing.
• Demonstrated understanding of investment processes and economics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investments.
• Work on small deal teams to complete due diligence, with interaction with private equity fund managers and company management teams.
• Preparation of advanced models in Excel.
• Drafting detailed investment memoranda and presentations.
• Assist in management and monitoring of portfolio companies.
• Maintain firm deal pipeline databases and ensure data accuracy.
