The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking an Analyst for the Secondary Private Capital Team in New York. The role provides exposure to valuation, financial modeling, portfolio transactions and investment committee memos.
Responsibilities include analyzing credit portfolios, supporting secondary transactions, preparing memos and presenting research findings. A BA/BS in a relevant field, 1–3 years’ experience and strong modeling skills are required.

Blackstone is a global alternative asset manager. The Analyst program provides a unique learning experience in secondary private capital, with exposure to valuation, financial modeling, portfolio transactions, and investment committee memos.
On‑site presence required five days per week in the New York office.
Base salary range: USD100,000–140,000, adjusted based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes discretionary bonuses, equity and incentive arrangements at the company’s discretion.
