Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in valuations or related role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Product and Investment Knowledge: become proficient in Blackstone Real Estate's global funds and investments, focusing on valuation practices.
• Valuation Outcomes and Assumptions: analyze and present valuation outcomes from a discounted cash flow approach across property, investment, market and sector.
• Valuations Process: coordinate and deliver monthly/quarterly internal valuations with asset management, finance and portfolio companies.
• Internal Reporting: oversee quarterly valuation materials and provide supporting analysis.
• Special Projects: support global valuation strategies and new products, appraisals and third‑party services.
